Privacy Policy Update

We have updated the byul Privacy Policy. The changes take effect on November 11, 2026.
What is changing?
- New Article 17 (Use of YouTube API Services): explains how we answer viewer questions in the live chat of the byul YouTube channel (@byul-finance).
- Information processed: the text, display name, YouTube channel ID and time of messages posted publicly in the live chat
- Purpose: posting answers, preventing duplicate replies and spam, keeping operational records
- Sending question text to our AI model provider (Anthropic, United States) to write answers
- Automatic deletion after 30 days, and deletion within 30 days on request
- How to revoke access to your Google account, and who to contact
- The former Article 17 (Remedies for Rights Infringement) is renumbered as Article 18. Its content is unchanged.
